Returns & exchanges
As our products are handcrafted and often made to order, we accept returns or exchanges only for a wrong, damaged, defective or missing item.
Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a complete, uncut parcel-opening video.
Care instructions
Wash separately in cold water for the first few washes — a little colour in the first wash is normal with hand block prints. Mild detergent, gentle cycle, turn inside out, dry in the shade, iron on medium.
Quilts and quilted bedcovers are best dry cleaned. Bags and pouches are spot clean only.
Size guide
Bedsheets and quilted bedcovers come in King (90 x 108 in / 229 x 274 cm) and Super King (108 x 108 in / 274 x 274 cm). Quilts and dohars come in King and Single.
Every piece is cut and stitched by hand, so a tolerance of an inch or two is normal.
The craft
A design is carved into a wooden block, dipped in dye and pressed onto cotton by hand — repeat after repeat, across the length of the cloth. Small shifts in print, colour and texture are the signature of that process, not a fault in it.
