Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within 10 working days from the date of order placement.
While we make every effort to adhere to this timeline, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and assist in facilitating delivery at the earliest possible time.
Please note that customised, made-to-order and bulk orders may require additional processing time. The estimated timeline for such orders will be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation.
Multiple Products in an Order
For orders containing multiple products, we will make every effort to dispatch all items together.
However, depending on product availability, product characteristics, customisation requirements or logistical considerations, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
All products purchased in a single transaction will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order.
If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address or contact our team for assistance.
Domestic Shipping
Orders within India are shipped through reputed courier and logistics partners.
Depending on the destination, package size and availability, we may use courier partners such as DTDC, Trackon, Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post or other reliable logistics providers.
